Jake Schuster is an integrated communications specialist and senior account executive with over five years experience executing strategic marketing and public relations campaigns for clients operating in the corporate, sport, consumer, hospitality, lifestyle and philanthropic sectors.
Jake joined Dominic at DPA Communications for the second time in his professional career after the two worked together previously at Altus Marketing & Management. While at Altus Marketing & Management, Jake honed his skills in marketing communications. Within a short time, he took an account lead position carrying out successful campaigns for clients on a local, regional, national and international level. Jake spearheaded Italian soccer giant AS Roma’s first-ever U.S. tour in 2012, devising and executing a multi-city public relations campaign for the club at iconic American baseball venues Wrigley Field and Fenway Park as well as North America’s premier soccer specific stadium – Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.
Jake also handled account lead on AS Roma’s return trip to the states for the club’s inaugural “Winter Training” at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Center outside of Orlando, Florida. Additional previous client experience includes Ubersense Golf, Jon Lester’s NVRQT Foundation, Liberty Bay Credit Union and its publicity efforts behind its “Big 3” (Kevin Youkilis, Wes Welker and Taylor Twellman), Newton Running, Fireman Capital Partners, Biba Hydration Beverage, Brendon Homes and multiple restaurants throughout Boston and the Greater Boston area.
A former Division-1 college hockey player, Jake spends much of his free time coaching various youth hockey programs throughout Massachusetts including the Massachusetts Satellite Training Program, Boston Junior Bruins and Assabet Valley Patriots. Jake graduated from Northeastern University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies concentrating in Public Advocacy and Rhetoric.
